Single Respondent Filling in Multiple Forms

I am currently a subscriber and have a new application to resolve.

I need to have a user create an inventory file.

Adobe form central gives me all the data entry controls I need to get clean data. However there are 2 questions:

1. Can the software assign a unique number that the data entry person can see?
2. Is there a practical way for the user to go back into the form again and again?
