Whenever I try to view a video ora picture , I am unable to as I get a msg -

You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video.

When i install it from the site, sometimes it successfully gets installed and sometimes an error comes so the installation is incomplete. Ihave tried it several times, installing and uninstalling it.

Even after installing successfully, if i open a video - say youtube, the site opens for a second and then a black screen comes.

Please help as the flash player is not getting installed.

Hi,

You don't need to install Flash Player separately on Chrome. Chrome has Flash Player integrated with it.

In Chrome's address bar, type chrome://plugins/ and press Enter.

Do you see Shockwave Flash listed there? Ensure that one of them is enabled.

In the following document, you have more information: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enable-system-flash-player-google-chrome.html

Thanks,

Sunil
