hi there i bought adobe photoshop extended 12 last March. My computer sais i need to reinstall it as there are elements missing. I have been onto the adobe website where i can see my product and purchasew date, but its not showing in the purchase history section where apparently i need to go to to reinstall?Any tips? I have my serial number..

Hello! You can simply install the trial version (link below), and enter your serial number.

In case it does not work, uninstall it :

(PC: Windows7: go to Control Panel/Programs and Features XP: Choose Start > Control Panel > Add Or Remove Programs, Select Photoshop CS6 from the list and click Change/Remove

Mac: Navigate to your /Applications/Photoshop CS6 folder, then Doubleclick on the Uninstall Adobe Photoshop CS6 uninstaller a

In case it does not work, uninstall it :

Then, once everything is cleaned, reinstall from the above link.
