I am having trouble downloading Adobe Digital Edition Home - have tried 4 times with no success.  Any suggestions?

What error do you get? Could you try downloading it using a different browser.

Which OS do you have? Re-install Adobe Air and then check the same.

Please ellaborate the exact issue, in case of same problem.

Hi Arpit,

Thank you for responding to my email.

I can download the software okay, but as soon as I close out of the download a message comes up saying:-

Microsoft has encounted a problem with Adobe Digitial Editions and must close.

I am not sure how to use a different browser.

I have Windows XP

What is Adobe Air?
