I'm running Presenter Video Creator and when I click the Branding icon to show the Branding panel there is a drop-down for Themes. I click the drop-down and there are a couple of themes present, but there is also an option for More Themes. Choosing this option causes a zip file to be downloaded. I downloaded the zip and extracted it to a folder. After extracting, there appears to be a Setup program to hopefully install the additional content. But the problem is, running Setup causes the following error:

tmp1.PNG

I've tried more than once thinking that perhaps the download file was corrupted or something.

advTHANKSance for any insight! Rick

Thanks Vikram

I'd love to report that your instructions fixed the issue, but nothing changed.

So I did more digging. I ended up having to open WinZip to extract the contents. And there is an option in WinZip that says to recreate the folder structure used. And that was the missing key. There are some folders involved that weren't getting created.

Hello Rick,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

It seems you have Windows 7, if yes :

1) Make sure all the Adobe Products are closed and you are not running any Installation.

2) Go to this location : C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Adobe

3) Rename "OOBE" folder to "1234"

4) Launch the installation for Themes again

Hope this helps !!

Thanks,

Vikram
