Flash player keeps uninstalling

It keeps unistaling no matter what I do.

So far I tried these

• http://forums.adobe.com/message/4323109#4323109
• Cleared browse history
• Cookies
• Temporary files
• Switched browser (from chrome to FF)
• Rebooted
• Ran malwarebytes

I have win 7 hope pre 32 bit

I use chrome most of the time

Any ideas??

Can you post the content of the FlashInstall.log file in C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash

The Firefox plugin is there, so it's obviously not uninstalled.

Do you have the Shockwave Flash add-on enabled in Firefox?

yes I do

I tried disabling it and it still doesn't work.

the error I get is it can't buffer past 1%
