Cant download flash player

I have been told that i need to upgrade my flash player. So i go to do that and i comes up with "Certificate Authentication Failed"

What does this mean and how do i fix it????? I have tryed everything and the same thing comes up. I not the most computer savey so i am guessing it is just me!!!

Microsoft Windows XP 2002 edition.

And i have just downloaded google chrome. With some games i am playing it is still telling me that i need to download a newer flash player
