Navigation bar links not working in Internet Explorer 7

Hey folks.  I have a site where it looks great in IE 8, Mozilla, Chrome, and Safari, but not in IE 7.

The site is one for an annual conference and I know for a fact that several dozen people who will be viewing the site use IE 7 with no plans to upgrade.  Even my company uses IE 7 and that is how I learned this morning that the site doesn't work in it.  And then the panic set in....lol.

I am actually trying to figure out a workaround for the real site right now... so this link below is actually to the partially completed test site I worked on before I completed it and moved it over.

I DO know how to code HTML...so I am thinking of a possible workaround.  I don't want to have Javascript code trying to recognize the browser and sending IE7 folks to a slightly different site...but if that's the only way, then it will have to do.

Any ideas?  I already called the Adobe help desk and they didn't have an idea...told me to throw it out here and see what happens :-)
