Downloading Flash

I'm having difficulty downloading the latest version of Flash.  I can start the installation, but about half way through it just says "Installation Failed."  I've tried de-activiating my pop-up blocker and switching browsers, but nothing has worked.  Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
