Hi,
Iam novice user of RoboHelp. I have created help for an application using RoboHelp tutorial, online Help and guidance from this forum. Now my project manager wants to review the help I have created. How do I send him the compiled help project. Feedback is appreciated.
Thank you.

Yes you can. Just publish the output where you want it. If you want to keep your existing publishing location but add another for your boss, you can just create another single source layout based on your existing webhelp layout and specify the new publishing location. Just right click on the single source layout folder and select "New Layout" and go from there.

If you don't want him to spend time looking at each individual topic on a screen, the best option would be to generate a Word document via the Printed Documentation single source layout. If he uses Word's track changes feature you'll know exactly what he wants changed. There's a tutorial on using the printed documentation feature of RH on Peter Grainge's site. Click here for details.

But do not attempt to import the amended document back into your project!! Make the changes manually.

Hi and thanks for the feddback.
My PM wants to look at the actual online help and not the print version as I have also included some features like the "Show/Hide buttons" for drop down text which I came across while posting one my queries. I would like to show him this too which wont be possible with the print version. Is there any way where in I can publish the help locally?
Thanks.
