1. Re: Complete your registration
justmonk Oct 8, 2012 7:34 AM (in response to ASENT266)Similiar issue, I am a CS6 design and web premium user on win7, installed the new software a little over a month ago. I had the issue with Acrobat not working, and deactivated/reactivated the software. The software is a volume license version, and according to the information on the Adobe site I do not need to register this software.
If I do not need to register the software, why am I getting this prompt?

I obviously have a working Adobe ID or I wouldn't be able to make this post.
A follow-up question, does the fact that something doesn't think this software is registered mean that in another few weeks I'm going to have to deactivate/reactivate the software to continue to be able to use Acrobat?

Please click on the link and complete the Registration process. It is only required to be completed only once.
After you will complete the registration process you wont see the same prompt again.
Thanks

4. Re: Complete your registration
justmonk Oct 15, 2012 7:43 AM (in response to Kapil Malik)I have already gone through the process 6 times or more, each time I'm unable to register the product. I've been using Adobe products professionally and pretty much daily since 1996, so I'm not an inexperienced user. In all that time this is the first time I've seen an ongoing issue with registration, perhaps because this is the first time I've used a volume licensed Adobe product.
I've tried the live chat help option, I've called in and waited on hold for over an hour (and the technician that answered couldn't hear me and hung up on me), this afternoon I'm going to call in and leave a number for someone to call me back, because I've tried all of Adobe's online resources and still have no answer. Trying to resolve this or even just find an answer has eaten into several afternoons of my work time, I'm past the "have you tried turning it off and back on again?" point.

teknophyle Jul 9, 2013 12:19 PM (in response to arroni3334)I was getting the same issue on my Mac. I had to go to each tab and click save (update) even if not changing any info. That made it stop for me.

Ramsesxxx Sep 25, 2013 2:13 PM (in response to ASENT266)What's wrong with your creative cloud stuff? I can't use photoshop cc because it thinks it's not registered or need to complete the registration processes I've done already.
It's the second time I come across this crap.

Creative Suite 6 is registered when you activate your software. Please see http://forums.adobe.com/message/3987968#3987968?promoid=KBHJW for information on how to verify the serial number has been registered under your account at http://www.adobe.com/
