I have developed a project in captivate 6 which is now crashing captivate when I export it. I can preview it in 'Web Browser' and 'HTML 5 output'. But when I export it as a SCORM package it crashes. I was able to do that yesterday but today it's crashing.
Any suggestions? Any one?
Slides contain nothing fancy except just mp3s, text and graphics.

Hello,
Welcome to Adobe Forums.
Right now do you have Windows or MAC ?
If windows, which version of Captivate 6 you have installed 32-bit or 64-bit ?
Thanks,
Vikram

I have captivate on both Windows and Mac, with Captivate 6.
I primarily use the Mac, the presentation was developed on this platform.
The export problem happens on both machines.

Hello,
Does crashing happens on every project or with a specific project ?
If Captivate 6 crashes with every project and blank new project as well and If you do not have any specific preferences or customized settings for your projects for Captivate 6, then follow these steps :
1) Close Adobe Captivate 6
2) Rename "Captivate 6" or "Adobe Captivate 6" folder in Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences/ folder
3) Launch Adobe Captivate 6 again and try to publish again
Hope this helps !!
Thanks,
Vikram

I was having the same issue on export to mp4 (on Window 7 - I tried both 32-bit and 64-bit Captivate). I resolved this problem by changing the settings under Edit > Preferences, by de-selecting all the options in Project > Start and End; and un-selecting Show Welcome Screen under General Settings.

Hi Vikram,
Still no luck with this. I have been able to successfully publish ten 10 after this file, and now I'm facing the same problem again with a different file.
Any help on this would be wonderful
