why am i being asked to download Flash Player 11, when have already downloaded it???

You said you downloaded it but you did not say you installed it. If you installed it you need to tell us more about your system.

I have a Dell Inspiron, with windows 7 on It, and I normally use Explorer, but it seem to me, that the only way I could get it to work, was to download Chrome. Then Flash player worked fine. But why want it work on Explorer?

I did installed it and found that it works with Chrome, but not with Explorer??? Why not ???
