Getting Hot Corners to work with Captivate 6 Recording

I've been having trouble getting hot corners to work when I'm using Captivate 6 for desktop recordings. I've tried telling the program to record a custom resolution that is slightly smaller than the screen size to see if that would help, but neither that or full screen recording fixes it. When I mouse into the corners during a captivate recording nothing shows up, but if its not recording they work fine. Any thoughts?

Do you have Windows or MAC ?

Did you try a different user account on your computer for recording ?

Which recording option are you choosing ? (Video Demo, Automatic Recording or Manual Recording)

Could you upload some sceenshots to elaborte your issue ?
