Error 0x6BA when installing Flash Player 11.4.402.287

I am deploying Adobe Flash Player 11.4.402.287 via an .msi file to a number of computers running Windows XP, Vista, and 7.

In all cases, Flash Player installs properly on the PCs. In a few cases, the installation reports an error 0x6BA.

I have already tried running SubInACL to reset permissions.  This does not appear to have resolved the issue.

Here are my questions:

1) What does error 0x6BA mean?

2) Why am I receiving this error, even when Adobe Flash Player has installed successfully?

3) Why do I not see the 0x6BA error in the FlashInstall.log file? Is this error logged in some other file?

Is there any error or warning in the FlashInstall.log file?  Could you post the contents of one log file here in the forum?
