When I try to publish my powerpoint in adobe presenter 8, I get an error that says PowerPoint has experienced a serious problem with adobe presenter add-in. I've seen several others having this issue and I have tried all of the things that have been suggested:

  • I replaced all the audio that had been recorded into the presentation with files that were created then imported
  • I've checked for updates for all of my adobe products
  • I tried a one-slide powerpoint to see if my presentation might be too long

Here are my system specs:

  • I'm running 32-bit Win7
  • I have PowerPoint 2007
  • I have Adobe Presenter 8
  • I'm trying to publish to pdf

Please help - this issue has kept me from finishing a project for way too long.

I am also having this same problem ... only I'm trying to publish to my Adobe Connect account, or as a zip to my computer.  It keeps freezing while 'creating the .swf' and I need to get past this???
