Update to 7.0.6 or uninstall Presenter 7.0.0 and install 7.0.7.
You can use the Adobe Updater to get to 7.0.6, or you can download all the updates from Adobe here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=153&platform=Windows
If updating to 7.0.6, you must do all the updates in order; 7.0.1, 7.0.2, 7.0.5, and then 7.0.6.
If updating to 7.0.7, just uninstall Presenter 7.0.0 and then install 7.0.7.
7.0.6 is AS2 and 7.0.7 is AS3. This may have an affect on your presentations if you are currently inserting SWF content. Know which language your SWFs are in.

7.0.0 is very good a crashing, and the deleting all your work, so, please, don't use Presenter until you update to a stable version.
