Downloads but still does not work! When I do a search to look for the installation it is not there! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING - even downloaded with IE but to no avail.

I have now managed to get the Flash v11.4 downloaded and can see it in my Windows Control Panle as being downloaded and installed. However the application still does not work and tells me to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

This is becoming beyond a joke now!

Did you install both ActiveX (for Internet Explorer) and plugin (for Firefox)?

Yes I did. I have downloaded both and tried to run the application. I have unistalled both and downloaded each seperately and tried running application with IE and again seperately with Firefox. Nothing works!

On Internet Explorer check

On Firefox check Tools | Add-ons | Plugins: is Shockwave Flash enabled?
