ASDoc @see links are not navigable

I'm using Flash Builder 4.6 and try to use references to project-internal and external content in the ASDoc headers above classes functions.

According to the documentation

this should be easily possible with the @SEE tag, for example

  @SEE http://www.cnn.com

In both the ASDoc view and the tooltip window that appears when hovering over a class or function name, the links are rendered but don't do anything when I click. I also tried clicking while pressing CTRL.

This doesn't seem to make sense. Is it a bug or misconfiguration of my Flash Builder?
