So CS6 is pretty, and a bit wonky as we all know... but type on path handles are driving me nuts.
Make an oval, and go to insert your text and so far so good.
But then try finding the "alignment" handles... If you're lucky, they may appear the first time, but once you move one, they vanish.
I have to move/resize/(de&)reactivate the oval (or path) for the lines to reappear for the left/right/centre justification bars, and THEN I have to search all around for the itty bitty "icon thing" to appear letting me know I can "grab" the handle bar to move it.
I'm at 1900+ resolution, so this icon is completely inapropriate for anything bigger than 1024x768... (not even going to get started on trying to find the "rotation" arrows at a container corner)
As in other inceptions of CS, this is quite an anoying issue - I'm confused why the bars simply are not "always there" when you highlight the path container, and making that "box" that appears along with the bar the "draggable" point, instead of also hunting around for the "additional icon" of a line and arrow to appear.
The issue with illustrator cs6 is that when you finally get the handle to appear and you move it, when you go to the other handles they're "gone" and I have to move the container again to make them reappear - and so forth -so that I have at least triplicated the amount of times I have to do the same task.
very annoying...
