Bob Bringhurst - Adobe Sep 23, 2012 8:02 PM (in response to Jimraynor01)This is a known issue that's still under investigation. We're seeing it if an Adobe ID is both verified to work with DPS and used as a Creative Cloud account. I'll let you know when I hear something.

Liamk887 Oct 2, 2012 10:13 AM (in response to Jimraynor01)I just had this problem with two of my publications when trying to sign out the APK's.
Installed the tools on a new machine, tried again and worked no problem.
Not a very technical answer but worked for me twice now!

Himanshu Singh Oct 2, 2012 6:43 PM (in response to Jimraynor01)I've noticied on some machines that if you unintall App Builder, then restart your Mac. Then install App Builder again, it starts working again.

Thank you

Gusgsm Oct 25, 2012 1:10 PM (in response to Gusgsm)OK. No trouble. I found an unistaller for inDesign. I run it and then reinstalled ID and the trouble is gone.
