Flash wont stay installed on my laptop

I installed the latest flash player and it worked for a few days. Then I had to reinstall it every couple days because it was gone. Now I have tried to install it at least 15 times in 2 days and it says that it installs but then when i go to a page that needs it, im told i need to install it. Any suggestions?

I have already tried all of those when I came across that link in another post.

My laptop meets all the requirements, even after immediately downloading it says i have no flash when i checked the site, i have tried deleting the files, turning off my antivirus and I recieve no error messages when installing.
