Help!! Still won't work.....

I run windows 7. I have downloaded flash before with no problem. Following the advice recently posted to my first question I did everything I was told. Still nothing works. I will admit I have very little knowledge when it comes to computers but I had my daughter with me and she couldn't fiqure out what it going on. We have done everything. Why is it not working? I uninstalled the old put the new one one. Checked my activex. Still doesn't work.
