I am trying to download adobe flash to access a worksite remotely and it is going through the process, says the installation is complete, but the most current version is not showing up anywhere on my computer.  I have done this 4 times.  I have restarted my computer twice, but have had no success.  Can you help?

I have a Mac OS X 10.4.11 version and have met all the requirements of that the download is saying that is requires.  I can download it, but it won't install.  It seems to install, says install successful, but doesn't and brings me back to the beginning to download it again.  It isn't a system restart issue I have done that 3 times.

@ldhering - Are you using a power pc based mac?  If so, can you try the steps outlined in this FAQ?

What version of Flash Player should I use with my Power PC based Mac?

Try going to the "About this mac" menu item in the apple menu.  Hopefully the dialog that appears tells you if you have a power pc or intel CPU.
