Trouble with downloads

I have been trying to listen live to the Radio on my PC but it tells me I need to Download Flash Player which I have done several times and have been told it was successfuly however I still cannot listen to the radio, please can you help me.

Please verify and ensure that you have completed installation.

After that, ensure that you disabled ActiveX Filtering:

Also, ensure that you enabled Flash Player in Internet Explorer:
