bbonthui Oct 30, 2012 3:51 AM (in response to ibarrien)I have tried everything in the thread, does not work. During the tutorial the programme locks up, freezes and I have to reboot the tablet. I think the problem with loading photos and the freeze up is the software and not our tablets

ibarrien Oct 30, 2012 3:53 AM (in response to bbonthui)Ok, so what photos are you trying to load exactly?
Does it only happen during the tutorial?
Thanks,
Ignacio

4. Re: Photoshop Touch
bbonthui Oct 30, 2012 3:59 AM (in response to ibarrien)I cannot load my photos on the tablet to begin with, the very first time I installed photo touch this was possible but after a freeze it stopped loading fromthe local disk. During the tutorial with the tutorial photos it will freeze at diff stages, either halfway through a tutorial or at the end when you can save , it does not save, only freezez up. This happens regularly.

ibarrien Oct 30, 2012 5:43 AM (in response to bbonthui)Btw did you restart your device at least once? Sometimes these kind of errors can go away after restarts.
If you go to Settings you will be able to see them.
"Developer options" and uncheck the settings, specially if you would have "Force GPU rendering" on.
thanks,
Ignacio

ibarrien Oct 30, 2012 6:39 AM (in response to bbonthui)Sorry about not being clear enough, I meant the Android settings, not the PS Touch settings.
