My Adobe Flashplayer Does not Work when i Download it. Because my Utube Account Keeps Saying, I need to Upgrade my Adobe Flash Player,  I don't  What else to do? (And Another Thing My Adobe Flash Player Update used to Show up When Their was a new Update Available so that i can Download it, But that doesn't Show up Anymore it Stopped. Thank You Looking for an Answer.
