Certicate authentication failed

i have downloaded the latest flash player from adobe.com, but it always shows ( Certificate authentication failed when i try to install it. Can someone help me to solve the problem? thank u so much..

Thanks for your response. I'm using FireFox. The present flash player I installed is giving me some problems, it always crashed when I'm having net meeting with friends via FireFox Web Browser.
