Support for ebookstore customers who've upgraded to Windows 8 and can't read their ebooks

Is there support for Windows 8? Please see sample customer question below.  This is an ePub DRM ebook.

Hi slicebooks,

Did you open the ebook with Windows 8 integrated e-Reader (which may not support Adobe DRM protected ebook)? ADE does not officially support Windows 8 but you can try. Most features of ADE 2.0 should work on it.
