Hi,

I have tried all the solutions and still can't successfully install flash player.  Either it says 'installed' but doesn't show up in my programs or stalls on download at around 70%.

I am feeling so frustrated and have no idea what to do next.

What is your operating system & version?

What is your web browser?

Can you see the Flash animation at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html ?

I cannot see anything in your reply; you just sent the forum notification message back to the forum.

Sorry,  I didn't realize that.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 bit operating system and my browser is Internet Explorer 9.

I can't see the Flash animation - it is blank.

Thank you for any help with this.

Thank you so so much.  My flash player now works!  My problem was in the "manage add ons".   The 'flash object' was disabled.

I feel like such a dope!

Again my thanks,
