I have a Dell XPS.  It has both Windows 7 and an XP mode.  On my XP mode, my IE is version 8.  Tried to download and install

Flash Player 10 for IE 8 windows XP.  I am unable to install.  There is an error message that I need to download the latest version

of Adobe Flash Player.  When I downloaded and installed the latest version, the sound on my video's (like utube and other videos),

are all broken up.  Please advise as to how I may solve this problem.  Thank you

then download and run the latest 10.3 installer fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe
