What is your operating system & version?

What is your web browser?

What do you mean "it never installs"; do you get an error message?

What files do you have in C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash ?

Can you post the contents of the FlashInstall.log file from that same folder?

Flash Player is a browser add-on, not an executable program, so it won't show up in your Program Files.

Maybe you should do a clean install:

If you get any errors during the uninstall/install, please post the error message.

Pat greetings. Your last last email took me to a a site that talked

about Real Player. It said do this or that. Being a simple soul and

not very computer literate, I thought why do I need Real Player? I

just un-installed it. Why this has happened recently, I don't know, as I

have had Real Player for a long time. Took over as default. Anyway

guess what. Flash Player is working just fine with Snapfish and various

utube and similar applications working just fine.

I'm most grateful for your persistent help and I commend you. Thanks.

Regards, Dave
