How do I fill out Distribution License Agreement form for network deployment?

When trying to fill out the form so that I can update 90 client PC, I can't get past "Please provide the URL where product information will be made available" as it is delivered as a package from a shared folder.

What am I supposed to enter in order to submit the form?

I am not distributing to anyplace other than my network.

Under How do you intend to distribute Adobe Flash Player? if you select 'Intranet only' you will not get that URL field.
