? Which flash player for Mac OS 10.4.11

I had one that worked before but then I was asked to upgrade. I searched downloaded what I was supposed to but read to uninstall what I had and now I have nothing that works. I just want flash player.

At the moment I am not replacing my computer, it is a PPC not Intel.

Thank you. The steps to follow and identifying which specific version was very helpful. It also confirmed that what I had done up to a certain point was correct but that little bit of extra info was great.
