Flash player install issues. (error message: no reliable source available)?!?

I I have tried to download the new version of flash player THREE times.

All three times I have gotten the 'no reliable source available" and the 'download timeout" error messages.

what the heck is going on?

I'm sorry you've encountered this problem.  Could you please try using the appropriate installer located on this page?

Are there any patches for flash player?

I can't seem to get my computer to play video online. (anywhere.)

Example: at abc.com, it now asks me for version 10.4 flash player. (really??)
