download problem

i am trying to install flash player 11 it says ''exit out of internet explorer'' i did and its not working.i need help right away

Download the installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht... and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

P.S. check with the Task Manager's Processes tab that all iexplore.exe processes are stopped.
