Why my Galaxy mini is not supportedwith Flash player?

Why I am not able to install flashplayer on my Samsung Galaxy Mini?.... Play store says it's not supported, is there any future plans to make it supported?

The Adobe Flash Player is no longer officially supported on newer Android devices, however, perhaps these instructions will work for you?

How do I manually install Flash Player on my Android device?
