I purchased a book from Kobo Books but when I try to download to Adobe Digital Editions it comes up with a message saying "one or more downloads are not finished.  Do you want to resume pending tasks?  When I click ok it comes up with this message:

IO Error on Network Request.

Please check your network connection and try again.

Moving this discussion to the Adobe Digital Editions forum.

It would appear that the file you are trying to download is no longer available.  Have you tried canceling the download and obtaining a new ACSM file from the eBook provider?  This should give you a new link to download the ePub from.

I am also having the same problem.  Also with a kobo book purchased today.  And on reading the mobileread kobo forum we are not the only ones.  Is this an ADE problem or a kobo problem?
