I'm not convinced that's an Acrobat Installation & Update Issue.

You might want to try the Adobe Flash Player forum, and provide more information, such as what do you do; what happens; and what doesn't happen that you expected to happen. Specifying the exact nature of the trouble may allow for greater insight into the problem.
