The latest Flash Player installer will automatically install both 32-bit and 64-bit players on a 64-bit system; download it from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht...

I tried again to download and install Flash player, but after downloading 47%, get the message:  Cannot contact reliable source." with a "Finish" box to check.  Is there a way to get around this?

Thanks again for your help.     Lee

Did you download the installer from the link I provided?  What is the installer name you downloaded?

Yes, I did use the link you provided, starting with http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/kb/installation-problems-flash etc,

and  download was:  install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aih.exe

                               975KB-adobe.com

The Adobe Flash Player Installer names it as Adobe Flash Player 11.

At 47%, I get "Cannot contact reliable source".  Where do I go from here?

Thanks again,           Lee
