ever since I updated to

11.5.502.110  it says I need flash to view this video.  I have tried unintalling and reinstalling twice.

Using Internet Explorer, could you please go to the following page and let us know what it says about Flash Player installation? http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

Also, ensure that you have:

- Disabled ActiveX Filtering (if you use Windows 7)

- Enabled Flash Player
