Can't download library books

I cannot get my library books to download since it tells me my ID and password are incorrect yet they worked here

Where exactly are you receiving the message to enter your ID and password?  Can you please provide a screen shot of the error.  You can find directions for attaching an image at http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2324.
