Dynamic Drop downs with javascript

I know this may be the wrong forum, but maybe someone know where to find
it...

Can anyone point me to a working tutorial or post the code to do a
javascript dynamic List Rewriter that triggers another list. I have found a
dozen but none work and most are static arrays. I need to have my lists pull
dynamic lists.

Javascript does not produce lists. However, you can make your own by concatonating.
