I have tried multiple times to download the Photoshop Elements 11 yet every single time, I'm getting an error box that says that I'm already installing something else and I need to finish that installation before continuing downloading the Photoshop program. I've already checked for other things I might be installing, but I can't find anything. I've tried refreshing the page, ending other programs on my computer, and even restarting my computer. I keep getting that error message. Any advice?
