I had my business email with yahoo. When I pushed live with Muse and BC, I cancelled yahoo web hosting of may old website. They deleted my business email account. As of this morning, I have no email. I live chattedwith BC and they told me I have to upgrade with BC to get email, however since I have the Creative Cloud subscription, I cannot upgrade.  I can go through my domain provider, but I wanted to keep everything under one roof. Is there a way to get a business email through Creative cloud or Muse?

Hi,

The reason why you cannot add BC email to your account is because the cloud subscription free sites are under WebBasic plans which cannot be upgraded at this stage.

So your options are as follows...

1) Re-activate your yahoo email account and set-up external mail service to your already existing BC site.

2) Create another BC site under a higher plan.
