Where is cfcontinue in the example?

Wow, that's shocking, CF_Oracle. Yes, this example cries out to be replaced with something that actually uses the tag being documented!

In the meantime, it is at least shown a couple of times in the Developer's Guide instead (where it's not the focus, but is shown in real use), as in http://help.adobe.com/en_US/ColdFusion/9.0/Developing/WS50A56FB7-326B-4c37-9F94-099CEB59A69E.html
