i am continually being asked to update my flash player, althought i have done so many times, i am still anable to view videos, specifically on my laptop. i have even uninstalled the program from the laptop and re-downloaded it several times.

Are you able to complete the installation?

Ensure the following:

Ensure that Flash Player is enabled in your browser

On Windows 7, ensure that ActiveX Filtering is disabled

I have the same problem (XP SP3 with IE7) and have tried many times.  Everyone just sends the same link.  I have tried all those settings and checks and uninstall and delte files from Macromed etc.  Nothing works.  Waht to do now please...  ??
