I have good news for you.
Under Format, choose H.264
Then select the YouTube 1080p preset.
Set it for 15 frames per second since that is what your recorded, which is usually correct for screen captures.
That will provide a file that TouTube will be quite happy with. And it will be significantly smaller. Significantly!
I see options like YouTube 1080p HD 25 Frames such. Does it matter which one I select since Im going to set it for 15 frames per second anyway?
Wow! Thanks so much! The file is 45.5 GB! I thought it was going to be such a terrible hassle for making these types of videos.

I'll assume you meant to write 45.5MB not GB.
And no, since you are changing from the frames per second it really does not matter.
