Audio in Webhelp - Multimedia control problem

Hi, can anyone help - running X3 with Webhelp output. I've a fair sized project (several hundred pages) which I have added some audio to certain pages (about 20) within the project. Whilst I can add audio - and it plays automatically when the page is opened - the multimedia video window shows initially (presumably whilst the audio track loads - not that I need the actual video window though!) and then reduces itself to a single bar, much like a bold text underline, and no multimedia control is visible to stop/pause/play the soundtrack (which plays anyway, on loading the page). I've checked the audio settings for the topic(s) and can't see anything wrong there, and have also tried to change the size of the control, but this doesn't have any effect either. Any suggestions?

You've run into a similar situation like mine.

Use notepad to open your audio topics and make sure both of these are set to 1:

<param name="ShowControls" value="1" >

ShowControls=1

The default when you add the multimedia to the topic in the WYSIWYG editor is 0 for those values. And if you need to modify those topics in the WYSIWYG editor again, Robo will reset them to 0 if you'd previously set them to 1.
