Extra Submit Buttons

I have V7 and PPT07. I keep getting extra submit buttons on the quiz slide. I am not adding them and not sure how they are getting there.

What version of 7 are you using? If not 7.0.6 or 7.0.7, then update to one of those. 7.0.6 can be achieved using the Check for Updates tool in the Help menu of Presenter. 7.0.7 can be installed using the instructions found here: http://helpx.adobe.com/presenter.html
